Return & Cancellation Policy

At Stitch of Gold, each saree is a timeless heirloom - handwoven with meticulous craftsmanship, premium pure silk, and intricate zari work. Due to the artisanal nature and exclusivity of our creations, we follow a strict yet transparent return and cancellation policy.

Cancellations:
• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. 
• Post 24 hours, the weaving or reservation process begins, and cancellations will no longer be accepted.

Returns & Replacements:
• Returns are accepted only in the rare case of product damage, manufacturing defects, or incorrect dispatch.
• Any return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence.
• The saree must be unused, with the original tags, fall/beading (if any), and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items:
• All made-to-order sarees, including Reserve Pay orders, are non-returnable and non-cancellable after the 24-hour window.
• Products customized upon client request (e.g., blouse stitching, fall/pico) are not eligible for return.

Refunds:
• Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you regarding approval.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
