Stitch of Gold is a luxury fashion brand offering handwoven Kanchipuram silk sarees. All products listed on our website are subject to availability and confirmation of order pricing.

Reserve Pay & Made-to-Order:
• Items purchased through Reserve Pay or marked as Made-to-Order are woven specifically for you.
• These items cannot be canceled after 24 hours of order confirmation.
• Delivery timelines range from 3–6 weeks, as each saree is individually crafted.

Pricing & Payments:
• All prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Stitch of Gold reserves the right to update product prices at any time.
• We use secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store your card details.

Order Acceptance:
• An order is considered confirmed only after payment is successfully processed.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. In such cases, full refunds will be issued.

Product Descriptions:
While we strive for precision in every listing, variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our sarees. Slight differences in color, weave, or zari work are signs of authenticity, not defects.

Intellectual Property:
All content on this website — including images, product designs, logos, and text — is the intellectual property of Stitch of Gold and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability:
We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen events, third-party logistics, or force majeure. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
